Mugimama - is this monkey music

Mugimama - is this monkey music was done the Summer of 2004 in Isafjordur and Reykjavik. I went up a mountain in Isafjordur one afternoon early summer and came down few hours later with Mugimama in my head and on peace of paper. My first album Lonly Mountain is very much a lonely album, I'd not talk that much to people or even see many friends while i was doing that album, for reasons unexplained. I had been away form my family and old friends for 3 years.... after those years apart I got back home to Iceland I knew I'd try to involve all the people I love the most on my new songs.. .... so err if there was a rule or a concept on this album it's family, friends, love... mix of the three. As a result I got my girlfriend, mom and dad, sisters, grandpa, few friends to come over and do stuff with me on the album.my girlfriend sings in few songs on there and wrote Hold on 2 happyness with me, my sister dose the voice of Salt, Petur one of my best friend wrote Murr Murr and Salt with me and Biggi my other best frend co-mixed and Mastered the album.

Day 2: I drink mint tea and get responses

Today I decided to drink mint tea and get some 3rd party opinions from my colleagues at work on whether the tea was actually working.

Email to my colleagues

I just had a cup of mint tea. The package says it's a refreshing blend of peppermint and spearmint.

I don't feel refreshed, do I look refreshed?

Bob's response:
Ha ha, I snuck the Bigelow “stressed out” blend into a few packages. I live for this stuff!!!

Aimee's response:
why yes you do...you're skin is glowing!

Mark's response:
The problem here isn't that you drank it. It's that you selected it. ;-)

Samara's response:
I’m enjoying a cup of hot chocolate…

can you enlighten me on the effects of other beverages?

(she inserted a smiley face here which I can't replicate)

Tew's response:
I know the feeling. My friend has this job giving away drinks for this company http://www.metromint.com/
And she keeps on trying to make me drink it.
C'mon, who drinks mouthwash?!!!

Uyen's response:
I promote Absolut Vodka and Hpnotiq on the side.
Would you prefer that to refreshless tea?

Mikes' response to Uyen's response:
its all about the sparks...good 'ole sparks.

Mark's response to Uyen's response:

I'm still trying to figure out this one. . . . .

Judith's response:
to add something worthwhile to this ridiculous chain...... think about this... it's 80 degrees out, it's friday, and truly refreshing beverages are served at... zeitgeist...

Day 1: Herbal tea experiment begins

Ross tried to get me to drink an Herbal tea at 12:02 pm. I told him him the study requires I operate in Pacific standard time. It's now 3:38 pm and I have just brewed myself a Cozy chamomile "Herb Tea".
The tea bag packet states the tea should taste relaxed, delicate and soothing.

3:40 pm PST. I just burnt my mouth.

I copy my friend's ideas

I saw my pal Ross's Blog today and noticed he's conducting a coke project. I will be conducting a similar project but with the west coast version of coke, herbal tea.

I usually drink coffee in the morning and I intend to drink an herbal tea in the afternoon to see how the addition of herbs in my diet affects me. That shit above is called a 'fruit medley'.
